By creating an account or using Behind the Op (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes. You may sign up and log in with email and a password or with Google.

4. Acceptable Use and Review Rules

You agree not to:

• Include any patient information, protected health information, or identifiable patient details in a review or anywhere in the Service.
• Post false, misleading, or fake reviews, or review an office you have not worked at.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others, or post hateful or discriminatory content.
• Attempt to access another user's account or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Reviews and Office Content

Reviews reflect the opinions of the people who posted them, not Behind the Op. You own your reviews and grant us a license to display them in the Service. You can edit or delete your reviews at any time. The Verified badge indicates that a user has provided credential information; it is not an endorsement by us.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and our branding are owned by Behind the Op and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell app content. Your reviews remain yours.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that reviews are accurate, complete, or current, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Behind the Op is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You can delete your account or stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the app with an updated date.
